Use the form on this page for questions, corrections, or feedback. Write in simple English if you can. Hindi is fine. If you write in another Indian language, we may reply in English. Tell us what you need and which page you are talking about.
When we can help
We explain game rules, RTP basics, payments, KYC, and withdrawals in plain terms. We can review a page if something looks outdated or unclear. We are a publisher, not an operator, so we do not handle player accounts.
When we cannot help
We cannot unlock accounts, speed up payouts, or change limits at any casino or app. We cannot give legal advice or help bypass state bans, age checks, or blocks. We do not mediate private disputes between players and operators.
