- If funds left your bank but did not credit your wallet, keep the reference/UTR. In most cases banks auto-resolve within the prescribed TAT.
KYC/AML & name-match rules
We follow Indian KYC and AML standards. Deposits must come from a payment instrument in your own name. We may pause deposits until verification is completed.
Trigger | What we may ask for | Why |
---|---|---|
Name mismatch or third-party account | ID + proof of ownership of the payment method | Prevent misuse and comply with AML rules |
High or fast-rising deposit activity | PAN, address proof; source of funds if needed | Enhanced due diligence and risk controls |
Issuer/bank flags or chargeback history | Re-verification; alternative method review | Fraud prevention and network compliance |
Payment security
- Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA) is enforced by Indian banks for card-not-present payments (usually OTP). We support these flows end-to-end.
- Device, velocity, and anomaly checks reduce fraud and keep your funds safe.
- Card/UPI settings: your bank may require you to enable online or international usage before the payment can succeed.
Troubleshooting & declines
- Card declined: enable online/international usage, ensure sufficient limit, complete OTP. Some issuers block gaming MCCs.
- UPI pending/failed: verify UPI PIN and network status; re-try later or use IMPS.
- NEFT delay: credits post in bank batches; we apply funds as soon as they arrive with the correct reference.
- Wallet (PPI) limits: upgrading to full-KYC status with your issuer increases usable balance and transfer caps.
Restrictions
- No cash deposits or money orders.
- No third-party or business-account deposits.
- No cryptocurrency for India.
- No deposits from states or territories where local law prohibits online casino play for money.
Responsible gaming
Set your own deposit limits, cool-offs, or self-exclusion in the account settings. Our support can help you reduce or remove a method if you need a break.
18+ only. Play responsibly.
Deposits — FAQ
What is the usual UPI limit?
Most banks allow up to ₹1,00,000 per UPI transaction with daily caps; specific categories may have higher caps. Bank/NPCI rules apply.
How fast are IMPS and NEFT?
IMPS is real-time. NEFT posts in bank batches the same day or next business day depending on the time initiated.
Why did my card need an OTP?
India requires an additional factor of authentication for most online card transactions. OTP or other factors are used to secure your payment.
Do you charge deposit fees?
No. We do not add deposit fees. Your bank may levy standard network charges.
Can I deposit from someone else’s account?
No. Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. Third-party funding is blocked and may be refunded.
Are winnings taxes deducted on deposit?
No. Taxes apply to net winnings under Indian tax law, not to deposits. See our withdrawals/tax page for details.
Legal notice (India)
