Editorial Policy & Review Methodology

Last updated: 1 September 2025

Editorial mission and independence

Our job is to publish clear, useful information about casino games, payments, and player safety. We write for readers in India. We keep the language simple and the focus on facts, risk, and law. Editorial work is independent from commercial work. Writers and editors do not answer to sales. No brand can buy a rating or a favorable paragraph on this site.

When a page contains affiliate links, fees do not change our text, findings, or scores. If a conflict could exist, we say so, or we move the assignment to another editor.

What we cover and what we avoid

We cover the basics that help people judge a product: rules, RTP concepts, limits, payments, KYC, withdrawals, and responsible-gaming tools. We explain how things work and what can go wrong. We do not run real-money games and we do not handle player accounts. We do not promise winnings and we do not publish “sure-win” strategies. Nothing here is legal advice. India has mixed rules. States can restrict money-based play. Central rules also apply to online games. We write with that in mind and avoid any content that could push readers toward unlawful use.

  • We cover: licensing posture, terms and wagering rules, payment limits and fees, payout speed, mobile use, accessibility, support quality, complaints handling.
  • We avoid: hype, unverifiable claims, surrogate ads aimed at minors, instructions to bypass blocks, and any wording that suggests guaranteed results.

How we review and verify

Each review starts with documents: operator terms, bonus rules, KYC/AML sections, payment schedules, provider lists, and support pages. We note the date of every document we use. We verify claims with at least one direct source. Where lawful and feasible, we run limited test checks or demos to confirm navigation, mobile behavior, and typical timelines.

If a fact is uncertain, we label it clearly or remove it. We prefer to be brief and accurate rather than long and vague. Editors sign off on legal-sensitive passages before publication.

  1. Collect: terms, payments, limits, provider and studio data, support hours.
  2. Check: clarity of KYC, fairness of bonus rules, red-flag clauses, and fees.
  3. Test: usability on mobile, basic accessibility, and typical response times.
  4. Record: sources, dates, and notes for future updates or corrections.

Scoring model and rating rubric

Our ratings add up to 100. We use a weighted model so legal safety and fair terms carry more weight than cosmetic design. Fractional scores are allowed. Scores reflect what we could verify at the time of review. If a brand changes a rule or removes a feature, the score can change after a recheck.

Ratings are not promises. They are a snapshot of documented strengths and risks. You should still read the notes, not just the number.

Criterion Weight What we check
Licensing & legal posture 25% License status, jurisdiction fit for India context, red-flag warnings, blocks.
Fair terms & KYC clarity 15% Bonus rules, wagering, max cash-out, ID steps, transparency, dispute paths.
Payments & payout speed 15% Deposit/withdraw methods, fees, limits, typical timelines, variance by method.
Game fairness & RTP transparency 10% Published RTP ranges, studio mix, table limits, visibility of rules and stats.
Product experience 10% Mobile performance, navigation, stability, basic accessibility signals.
Responsible-gaming tools 10% Limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, reality checks, friction on risky behavior.
Customer support quality 10% Hours, channels, first-reply time, track of solved vs. escalated issues.
Reputation & complaints handling 5% Pattern of issues, speed of fixes, clarity of official responses.

Updates, corrections, and right of reply

We update pages when rules, terms, or facts change. Major edits get a fresh “Last updated” date. Minor fixes for clarity do not always change that date. If you spot an error, send the page title, the exact quote, what you believe is correct, and any proof you can share. We review reports in good faith and correct confirmed issues. Operators can request a right of reply on specific points. Replies must be factual and concise. We may include a brief note if it helps readers understand the change.

  • We will not: remove verified facts, soften risk warnings without proof, or publish marketing copy as editorial.
  • We will: correct errors, clarify nuance, and document material changes for readers.
