Aadhaar, PAN & name matching

  • PAN supports Indian tax obligations on gaming winnings. Ensure your N8 account name matches your PAN and bank records.
  • Aadhaar is accepted as offline XML/PDF or masked copy. Aadhaar e-KYC (OTP/biometric) is used only if/when we are formally authorised; otherwise, we verify with non-Aadhaar documents.

Tax on online gaming winnings (TDS)

Where applicable, we deduct TDS at 30% on net winnings at withdrawal or at year-end in line with current Indian rules for online gaming. We can provide TDS documentation on request. For personal advice, please consult a tax professional.
