Current legal position (summary)
India regulates gambling and online gaming through a mix of central and state rules. In late 2025, the Government of India enacted measures that ban money-based online games nationwide. Prior advisories also restrict advertising of betting/gambling platforms, and tax policy imposes a 28% GST on online gaming and casino activities (historically applied in 2023) where such activities are otherwise lawful.
In addition, several Indian states have their own prohibitions on online games played for stakes. Where central law and state law both apply, the stricter rule controls.

- No real-money play: If you are located in India, you may not use N8 Casino for money-based games, wagering, or deposits/withdrawals.
