Refunds for Affected Indian Users

If you held an eligible balance before payments were disabled, you can request a compliant refund. Refunds are only paid to an account in your own name after successful verification. We do not charge fees; any intermediary bank charges are passed at cost.

Where your original deposit came from a wallet or a PPI-linked UPI instrument, we will attempt to return funds to the original source where rules and systems allow; otherwise, we will route to your verified bank account after KYC. All steps prioritize safety, legality, and prevention of misuse.

Methods We Support Globally (Outside India)

This section describes how we normally process payments in permitted jurisdictions outside India. These methods are not available in India while restrictions apply, but we disclose them here for clarity and consistency across our help center.

Bank Transfers: Used for both deposits and withdrawals where allowed. Transfers follow local clearing rails and cut-off times. Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay where enabled): Fast deposits; withdrawals are typically settled to a bank account in the same name. UPI & Wallets (full-KYC only, where lawful): Deposits may be supported via issuer-approved flows; cash-outs usually return via bank transfer in the account holder’s name.

N8Casino does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Any intermediary or receiving-bank charges are passed through at cost and will be reflected in your final receipt or statement.
